Thunderbird configuration

TimeZones

Thunderbird does not detect your system timezone.

- Rclick menubar > Check MenuBar

- Edit > Preferences > Calendar:
   TimeZone: America/Toronto

Maildir

thunderbird ships with maildir support builtin, but it has known issues and is disabled by default.
