INSERT

Add rows to a table.

Insert

Insert where not exist.

Update where column already exists

UPDATE users

WHERE  id = 190;

Deletion

DELETE FROM userDepartmentTable          ##Deleting Rows works just like adding them
WHERE project_Id = 43 
AND   user_Id    = 190;
