Recipe: jalapeno margarita

Ingredients
- 16oz El jimador tequila-gold or silver - 1x jalapeno sliced - 8oz fresh lime juice - 1tbsp sugar - kosher salt - lime wedges

- blender or food processor
- potentially possible with a martini shaker, if marinate overnight (will spice come through?)
Directions
- marinate tequila, and lime juice with jalapeno slices for about an hour - in a blender or food processor pulse 3-4 times with the lime juice - strain the lime juice to remove all jalapeno pieces - mix lime juice with sugar and tequila - serve with lime wedges, salt on rim, and jalapenos over rim
