Recipe: Soda Bread

Ingredients

- ~2cups self-raising flour
- ~3/4cup soda-water or ginger-ale
- butter

Tools

- mixing bowl
- bread pan

Directions

- preheat oven to 375*F
- grease the inside of the breadpan with butter
- Add flour to mixing bowl
- Gradually add soda water, kneading lightly until you have a doughy consistency
- Bake!
