Recipe: Fish Tacos

Ingredients

• Recipe: Pico de Gallo
• Recipe: Guacamole

- 1x fish-fielet  # 1x person (3-4 tacos)
- shredded jack cheese
- tortillas
- haut sauce

Directions

- preheat oven at 400*F
- put shredded cheese on tortilla
- put protein on tortilla
- leave in oven until blondy-brown   # they'll keep cooking outside of the oven
- assemble and eat!
