Archlinux packages are described in PKGBUILD files, and built using makepkg.
They are expressed in bash shellscript.

Usage

cd ${DIR_W_PKGBUILD}
makepkg

PKGBUILD Syntax

pkgrel=2         # increment for each build-version of the same package-version.
