Opera

Opera is another opersource browser. One of it's goals is to be relatively lightweight, and it recently added an extension so that you can install Chromium extensions in it.

Replaces textboxes with a vi-style window. Very comfortable editing. Moreso even than pentadactyl.

New Tab Start Page Plus

Even once cvim is permitted to access file urls, it still does not override hotkeys on the speed-dial. For this, we use new tab start page plus which allows you to assign a homepage to all new tabs.
