The DRM on gta4 malfunctions on win10, rendering you unable to run the game, or login using Games For Windows Live.

I was unable to find a clean solution to this online that worked, so I installed a crack.

proper fix

• download the latest version of Games for Windows Marketplace Client.
• login manually
