startxwin
startx <program> -- <..xwin flags...>
startx /usr/bin/openbox -- -rootless -keyhoook  # start openbox in same windowspace as windows

xwin params

-rootless  (no window decorations on xserver)
-keyhook   (cygwin sees keypresses before windows) (allows windows key to be used)
