Auto-cpufreq

Manages cpu scaling settings min/max and governor.
Intended as a replacement for tlp, but can work alongside it.
Unlike cpupower, this will dynamically change between cpu scaling governors.

Install

Usage
sudo auto-cpufreq --live # activates temporarily, lost on reboot sudo auto-cpufreq --stats # live stats from daemon

Troubleshooting
High CPU temps
If you're on intel, try setting
intel_pstate=disable
in your kernel params (bootloader entries) to disable on-cpu cpu-scaling.
